​Tessa is currently working on her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix.  She is majoring in Elementary Education.  Before working at Inspiring Minds Learning Center, she was a substitute teacher for the Maury County School System.  She has completed her 1st year of training in a dyslexia intervention through S.M.I.L.A. - Simultaneous Multisensory Institute of Language Arts.  She will complete her second year this summer. ​
